Deputy of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim al-Qubrusi. Initiated by the Masters of Wisdom – Khwajagan
17:82 And say: “Truth has (now) arrived and Falsehood perished : for Falsehood is (by its nature) bound to perish”
Sayyid Ahmed Amiruddin is a researcher of political science and classical Islam. His research led him to discovery of a great treasure – the forgotten central tenant in Islam of covenant theology – that is, accepting with fealty as doctrine the authority of the continued line of descent of the eldest sons of the Children of Adam and Eve – known over the generations as the Sethites, the Semites, the Ishmaelites, the Arabs, the Adnanites, the Kana’anites, the Qurayshites, the Hashemites, the Muttalibites, the Prophet Muhammad b. ‘Abd Allah, Mawlati Fatima al-Zahra, the Banu Fatima (Children of Fatima al-Zahra), and their biological descendants the ‘Aliids.
This blog contains the treasure trove of his research under the tutelage of one of the world’s leading authorities on classical Islam of the 20th century – Mawlana GrandShaykh Nazim Adil al-Qubrusi (1921-2014).
The Prophet ﷺ is reported to have said in an authentic tradition: “Behold! My House (Ahl al-Bayt) is like the Ark of Noah. Whoever embarked on it was saved, and whoever turned away from it perished.”
The greatest treasure unearthed by Sayyid Ahmed Amiruddin is his discovery of the (much concealed) widely accepted Sunni belief in Twelve Imams of Ahl al-Bayt during the classical Islamic period and mainstream of recognition of the existence of a biological line of descent from the eleventh dynasty of Ahl al-Bayt – the House of al-Imam Hasan al-Askari. This discovery helped Sayyid rediscover the existence of a continuously present elite body of Sunni Muslims throughout history who believed the Twelfth Imam Sahib uz-Zaman Imam Muhammad al-Mahdi b. Hasan al-Askari is the Awaited Mahdi.
This body included some of the wealthiest and most powerful Muslims throughout history like the great Ottoman Caliphs, the Mughal Emperors of Hindustan and the Asaf Jahi dynasty of Hyderabad. It is worth noting H.E.H. Nizam of Hyderabad Osman Ali Khan Siddiqi, Asaf Jah VII was portrayed on the cover of TIME magazine in 1937 as the richest man in the world and named by Forbes as the wealthiest South Asian in history, and ranked fifth on the Forbes ‘All Time Wealthiest’.
According to Sayyid’s conclusion, for Muslims, there is a direct link and correlation between covenant theology and spiritual and material prosperity.
Furthermore, Sayyid’s research led him to discover the historic importance of the contribution of the venerable Shaykh ‘Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani (1078-1166) to the very legacy of classical Islam itself and it’s spreading after the Crusades.
The view of al-Jilani’s historic importance in the preservation of classical Islam was also discussed by one of the world’s foremost academic authorities on classical Islam – Dr. Seyyed Hossein Nasr – who credited ‘Sufism as we know it for the past eight centuries‘ to al-Jilani. (MuslimHeritage)
Sayyid concluded al-Jilani’s contribution is akin to and as significant to the contributions of al-Bukhari and al-Kulayni and hence must be recognized. Furthermore, the tremendous cultural and philosophical contributions of the Sufi greats who came after him like Ibn Arabi, Rumi and Moinuddin Chishti should also be credited to him (al-Jilani).
Sayyid’s findings constitute a major intellectual contribution in a decentralized post Ottoman, Arab and Muslim world.
In recognition of his contribution, Sayyid Ahmed Amiruddin was declared on record by the venerable Qutb al-Ghawth al-Sayyid al-Sharif Mawlana GrandShaykh Nazim Adil al-Haqqani qadasAllahu sirrahul ‘Aziz to be “one of closer ones to Mahdi ‘alaihi salam” and hence a reliable source for information and ideas.
The venerable Qutb ul-Ghawth al-Sayyid al-Sharif Mawlana GrandShaykh Nazim Adil al-Haqqani recognized Sayyid Ahmed Amiruddin with over twenty-three degrees traditionally called Ijazahs for his research, and Sayyid served as a Deputy of the late Naqshbandi GrandShaykh Mawlana Shaykh Nazim since 2002.
As a result of his research for a period of over a decade, Sayyid Ahmed Amiruddin advocates Arabism for the Middle East, endorses the theory of Arab monarchism, is a monarchist himself, and a Husaynid Askarid royalist. During the present period of the Occultation of the Twelfth Imam, Sayyid endorses in concept His Majesty King Hussein bin Talal’s modern interpertation of Malik al-Bilad al-‘Arabiyya Amir al-Mumenin Al Munquiz Al A’zam His Majesty Hussein ibn ‘Ali, Caliph al-Islam, (former) King of the Hijaz, Commander of the Faithful, Grand Sharif and Amir of Mecca’s vision of Arabism and traditional style of government, and also calls for Arab and Islamic unity with a unity of sovereign equals.
Sayyid Ahmed Amiruddin follows the Arab and Muslim world in recognizing His Majesty King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud of Mamlikat al-Arabia al-Saudia as the Custodian of the Grand Mosques of Mecca and Medinah (Khadim ul-Haramayn Sharifayn), His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan as the Custodian of Jerusalem and its holy sites of Haram al-Sharif Masjid Al-Aqsa and As-Sakhra (Dome of the Rock), and His Majesty Amir al-Mu’minin King Mohammed VI of Morocco as Chairman of Al Quds Committee, an offshoot of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). On 31 March 2013, His Majesty King Abdullah II and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas signed a historical agreement in Amman reaffirming the King’s Custodianship over Holy Sites in Jerusalem, and stating that His Majesty has the right to exert all legal efforts to safeguard them, especially Al Aqsa Mosque, which is defined as “The Entirety of Al Haram Al Sharif.” Sayyid lends his mental support to these three Arab Muslim kings, the OIC, and the leaders of the Arab and Muslim world who reject terrorism and tyranny and prays for their unity and the welfare of their individual nations daily.
Sayyid Ahmed Amiruddin is recognized globally for his research and initiative to prevent jihadist radicalization. He rejects extremist ideology, terrorism, jihadism, suicide attacks, martyrdom operations, new and old forms of Western Imperialism and believes in peaceful coexistence and prosperity.
Sayyid Ahmed Amiruddin supports the Arab Peace Initiative also known as the Saudi Initiative, for an end to the Arab–Israeli conflict that was unanimously endorsed by the Arab League. This initiative calls for a two-state solution with an accessible East Jerusalem remaining as it has – for over one thousand years – the capital of Arab Palestine.
Sayyid Ahmed Amiruddin has helped Canadian officials on policy related matters since 2005 pertaining to assisting Canada’s Muslim community. He was personally called upon by the Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, has addressed conferences along side US Vice President Al Gore, and some of Canada’s leading intellectuals, and was called to testify before the Senate of Canada.
Sayyid Ahmed Amiruddin’s blog has been read hundreds of thousands of times in over 173 different countries and his outreach in Canada literally introduced hundreds of thousands of Canadians to the existence of a classical interpretation of Islam.
Sayyid Ahmed Amiruddin is mentioned favourably by name in the WikiLeaks cables, and is cited as an inspirational leader in the “Laurier M.A. Journal on Religion and Culture”.
In 2013, H.E. al-Sayyid al-Sharif Mawlana Shaykh Adnan Kabbani predicted Sayyid would be “one of the main inheritors of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim and the Naqshbandi Sufi Way“, while his brother, H.E. al-Sayyid al-Sharif Dr. Shaykh Muhammad Hisham Kabbani declared in writing after the passing of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim Adil al-Haqqani in 2014, Sayyid Ahmed Amiruddin is “one of the forty deputies of Mahdi ‘alaihi salam“.
This blog is maintained on behalf of Sayyid Ahmed Amiruddin. It contains his writings, declarations and research as it evolved over a period of nearly fourteen years under the Rabitah; mental, physical, spiritual and telepathic association of the venerable Qutb ul-Ghawth Mawlana al-Sayyid al-Sharif GrandShaykh Muhammad Nazim Adil al-Haqqani (d.2014) of the Most Distinguished Naqshbandi Haqqani Sufi Order, Khwajagan i-Naqshband. These writings are presented in service of guests to this blog to take readers along Sayyid Ahmed Amiruddin’s inner journey of intellectual, doctrinal, jurisprudential (fiqhi), political and spiritual thought evolution beginning with his earliest writings on the covenant of Abraham, his compilation of multiple learning outlines, sharing of eBooks, hundreds of articles, his counter-radicalization program to his closing inspiration; which culminates all these ideas into what he referred to as the ‘kingdom of heaven & the dynastic school‘.
Readers are encouraged to engage the contents of this blog with an open mind, and it is hoped the last lesson readers take from this journey is the absolute rejection of religious intolerance.
