May 2011-In Toronto with Shaykh ul-Islam Dr. Tahir ul-Qadri, founder of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, a worldwide, broad-based moderate Islamic welfare, human rights and education organization.  Dr. Qadri is arguably one of the greatest Islamic scholars in the Sunni world today, and issued the unprecedented 600-page [512-page English version] Fatwa on Terrorism.  In addition to his religous scholarship, Dr. Qadri is an Shaykh of the Qadri Tariqat, authorized by the late Naqib-Zada Pir Sayyidina Tahir Alauddin Qadiri al-Jilani, a direct grandson of Ghawth al-Adham Shaykh Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani of Baghdad, Iraq.  Dr. Qadri met Shaykh Nazim in 2009, prior to issuing his historic Fatwa and spoke in Davos,  Switzerland at the World Economic Forum in January 2011.
